The Little Black Pearl Art & Design Center provides an extraordinary cultural setting for community, local and national events. The 40,000-sq. ft. facility offers spacious conference rooms and workshops, along with a spectacular 36-ft glass atrium area. The Little Black Pearl Art and Design Center located in the historic Kenwood neighborhood, is an ideal venue for seminars, board meetings, sales and training conferences, corporate retreats, cocktail receptions, dinners and banquets. Depending on the type of event, the Art and Design Center can accommodate from 20 to 400 guests.
- The Atrium is available after hours and on weekends. This remarkable venue accommodates up to 400 guests for a reception, and up to 250 for a seated event. The rental fee is $2200 (4 hrs.), with a charge of $550 for each additional hour.
- Chase Kids Café I/II with Balcony is available for rental between 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and after 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The spacious area accommodates 135 guests for a reception, and up to 75 for a seated event. The rental fee is $700 (4hrs.), with a cost of $175 for each additional hour.
- Chase Kids Café I with Balcony is available for rental 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and after 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The space accommodates 85 guests for a reception, and up to 60 for a seated event with space for 25 guests on the balcony. The rental fee is $400 (4hrs.), with a charge of $100 for each additional hour. Rental of Café I includes access to a warming kitchen.
- Chase Kids Café II is available for rental 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and after 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The area accommodates 75 guests for a reception, and up to 50 for a seated affair. The rental fee is $300 (4hrs.), with a charge of $75 for each additional hour.
- Conference Room is available for rental 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and after 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The area accommodates 40 guests for a reception, and up to 20 for a seated affair. The rental fee is $195 (3hrs.), with a charge of $65 for each additional hour during business hours. The rental fee is $225 (3hrs.), with a charge of $75 for each additional hour after business hours. Normal business hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Meeting Room is available for rental 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and after 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The area comfortably seats between 2-15 guests. The rental fee is $135 (3hrs.), with a charge of $45 for each additional hour during business hours. The rental fee is $165 (3hrs.), with a charge of $55 for each additional hour after business hours. Normal business hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Classroom I is available for rental 7 p.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The area accommodates 80 guests for a reception, and up to 60 for a seated affair. The rental fee is $325 (4hrs.), with a charge of $85 for each additional hour.
- Classroom II is available for rental 7 p.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday. The area accommodates 75 guests for a reception, and up to 50 for a seated affair. The rental fee is $300 (4hrs.), with a charge of $75 for each additional hour
