I understand and agree that all documents, data, studies, reports, artwork, graphics, findings, or information prepared or assembled by the employee or provided to the employee during his/her employment with LBPW are the property of the organization. During the performance of its services, the employee shall be responsible for any loss or damage to documents while they are in the employee’s possession, and such documents shall be restored at the expense of employee.
