Student Opportunities & Creative Pathways At Little Black Pearl, creative development extends beyond the classroom. In addition to our youth workshops, we connect students with opportunities to explore career pathways, build professional skills, and gain exposure to creative industries through special programs and partnerships.   Jordan Brand / Jordan Wings Opportunities focused on leadership, personal development, and future career pathways, primarily for high school seniors. Students who participate in Little Black Pearl programming may become eligible for consideration as they reach their senior year.   Pensole Design Workshops Specialized design experiences for youth ages 13–18, introducing students to creative industry practices, product development, and design-related career opportunities.   Virgil Abloh Foundation Select opportunities for rising high school seniors and current seniors, supporting exposure to creative industries, mentorship, and educational experiences.   Special opportunities are subject to eligibility, partner requirements, application processes, and availability.
