About Little Black Pearl

Little Black Pearl Workshop (“Little Black Pearl,” “LBP," "we,” “our,” or “us”) is a nonprofit arts and education organization based in Chicago, Illinois, providing creative programs, events, and community initiatives. This Site is intended to provide information about our programs, services, events, and opportunities to engage with our organization.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations or infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

Programs, Events, and Registrations

Information about classes, workshops, events, memberships, and programs is provided for general informational purposes. Program availability, schedules, pricing, and policies may change at any time without notice.

By registering for a program or event through the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable participation guidelines, codes of conduct, and policies provided by Little Black Pearl Workshop. Such policies may be shared during registration or made available upon request.  

 

Little Black Pearl Workshop is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes to programs or events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, public health emergencies, or facility issues.

 

Photography and Media Release

Little Black Pearl Workshop may photograph, record, or otherwise capture media at programs, events, or in public spaces operated by LBP. By accessing or participating in activities promoted through this Site, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, or statements for marketing, educational, fundraising, reporting, and archival purposes, without compensation, unless otherwise stated.

Requests to opt out of media capture should be communicated to LBP staff when feasible.


 

Payments, Donations, and Refunds

If you make a payment or donation through the Site:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information

  • All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to additional fees

  • Donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Program and event refund policies are determined by Little Black Pearl Workshop and may vary by offering
