Service Description
This Beginner’s Group Sewing Course is a hands-on, afterschool program designed for youth ages 13–18 who are interested in learning the fundamentals of sewing in a supportive, creative environment. Students will learn essential sewing skills including how to safely use a sewing machine, understand basic stitches, read simple patterns, and construct beginner-level projects. The course encourages creativity, confidence, and practical skill-building while introducing students to fashion, design, and craftsmanship. All materials are provided, and each participant will receive a workbook to support learning throughout the course. No prior sewing experience is required.
