More than just a podcast room, this space supports a wide range of audio projects—from music and spoken word to voiceover and podcast production. This booking allows renters to use the studio based on their project needs, whether podcast recording or vocal tracking. Studio Capabilities Include: Podcast Recording Broadcast-quality audio for up to 4 guests at the podcast station. Expanded setups and additional guests are available upon request. Vocal & Song Recording Powered by Logic Pro X and recorded through a Warm Audio WA-87 R2 microphone for clean, studio-grade vocals. Ideal for singers, rappers, and musicians recording demos, verses, hooks, or full tracks. Voiceover & Post-Production Perfect for narration, commercials, ADR, spoken word, and digital content creation. Audiobook Recording A quiet, controlled isolation booth designed for long-form storytelling and consistent vocal tone. Instrument Tracking Capture high-quality takes for keys, guitar, bass, and other instruments.
